POWERLIFTING
Athletes will be able to participate in Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift in their different classification ranges. Both Full Powerlifting and Single Events. (Equipped and Unequipped)
Please note: Athletes can enter the Full Powerlifting or Two Single Events. They will be run at the same time during the meet.

Lifter Categories (Special Amendment to International Rules for Gay Games Powerlifting Guadalajara 2023).
All categories are open to all regardless of Gender, Sexuality, Race, Religion Ability or Health Status.
Novice Category: Powerlifters that have never competed in ANY powerlifting competition before.
Closed Category: Powerlifters who are members of any internationally recognized drug tested Powerlifting or Strength Federation. (Please note: People lifting this category will be required to submit a copy their current membership card with their registration form and also show a current membership card at weigh in).
Open Category: Powerlifters of other Federations and lifters who do not currently belong to any Powerlifting Federation.

*The fees are per person and will be according to the exchange rate of the mexican pesos at the time of registration (the fees will vary depending on each country’s conversion)
The fee for the sport is separate from the general registration fee.

Spectator entrance to sporting events will be free, except for the Galas of Pink Flamingo ™ and Dancesport
The competition is organized by LGBTPU, CODE Jalisco and FMDD.
